  • has a capacity of 30-50 tons/h, reaching up to 10.000 tons/month of finite product.

    Sandflow Plant

  • purchased in 2008
  • is the first plant of its kind in the Easter Europe
  • separates the fraction of non-ferrous materials resulted from the shredder (Zorba), according to density
  • material separation according to their density is done by means of flotation with sand
  • has a 2 tons/hour capacity

    • Eldan Plant

  • is located in the 5 Berceni Fort Road warehouse
  • is purchased in 2009

  • Aluminium and copper electric cables of all sizes
  • WEEEs (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipments)
  • Electric motors with a maximum rating of 1.5 kw
  • Used tires
  • Aluminium and iron parts
  • Capacity: 2-4 tons/hour
  • Sheading capacity: up to 4 mm
  • Separation of ferrous, non-ferrous and non-metallic fraction by shredding, magnetic separation, pneumatic transport, sorting by means of vibrating tables under air jet.

    • Dismantling TV and Monitors Plant

  • Located in the Berceni warehouse
  • Purchased in 2010
  • Is a plant used for treating and dismantling television sets and monitors with measurs between 8 and 40 inches.
  • Has a capacity of 120 parts/ day, depending on the size.
  • The resulted materials are: wooden or plastic housings, ics boards, copper cables, ferrous and nonferrous metals, deflection coins, capacitors, electron gun, glass cone, luminous powder.

    • Non Metallic Baling Plant

  • Located on Berceni Fort Street
  • Purchased in 2010
  • Is a plant that subsequently to manual sorting presses and bales metal waste.
  • It has an automatic baling and wire binding system.
  • Has a capacity of 6 tons/h
  • Secure destruction of confidential documents and archive by chopping/shredding them using the Shredder TR-800 Plant.

    • Plastics Processing Plant

  • Located on Berceni Fort Street
  • Purchased in 2013
  • Processes LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP
  • Thermal processes and transforms plastic materials in pellet in order to be reintroduced in the industrial circuit
  • Capacity 500 kg of grain/ hour
  • Processes various materials without modifying the plant’s equipment.
